Yams!

So…in the teaser clip, I say we’ll be talking yams at 5. It’s actually at 4, but if you miss it then, you can always watch it at 5. And you can watch it right here! In the meantime, check out Historic Columbia’s Jubilee: A Festival of Heritage, which includes — you guessed it — a yam cook-off. Questions we’ve been asked:
- Hey! I don’t have yams. What about sweet potatoes?
