Fall is coming and you know what that means for ladies in balmy South Carolina…warm weather clothes in cool weather colors! The Shop Tart stopped by Sophie Shoes yesterday and caught them unpacking Fall merchandise. There were too many cute things to count! Doesn’t Katie Hood, a rising Junior at Hammond School, look great in this newly arrived dress from Mary? The cotton dress (only $88.50!) would work right now, thanks to the fabric and short sleeves, with sandals. Katie has been having a blast working at Sophie this summer and plans to come back on weekends once school starts. Sophie is offering 50% off all Summer shoes, except for “Last Pair” shoes. It has now survived five face washings, two full nights of sleep and one short nap. The best thing about it is that she still looks like she has eyelashes when she goes to bed at night…and when she wakes up in the morning. This is the perfect product for coy newlyweds, who aren’t quite ready to unveil a totally natural face. Last night, the Shop Tart applied it to her lower lashes, too. Ooh la la!
